本科学生毕业论文 年 月 日论文题目:D 类音频功率放大器的设计学 院:电子工程学院年 级:2025 级专 业:电子信息工程姓 名:学 号:指导老师:摘要在过去的近一个世纪的时间里,音频功率放大器随着电子器件的制作工艺越来越精湛也在不断进展更新。主要经过了电子管阶段,晶体管阶段,集成电路阶段及场效应管四个阶段。在工作方式上,功率放大器从最初的 A、B 类不断进展到在现今占有统治地位的 AB 类放大器以及具有更高效率的 D 类音频功率放大器。基于 D 类功放具有效率高、散热小、体积小、适用于大功率放大器等特点,其在未来必定逐渐抢占AB 类放大器的市场。D 类功率放大器件因其受脉冲 PWM 信号的控制,使其处于开关的工作状态。在理想情况下,其工作效率可达 100%。本课题的目的主要是完成一个 D 类音频功率放大器的设计。完成对输入的音频信号进行放大,输出功率设置在 0~5W 之间,且输出信号无明显的失真,并完成对其功率及音量的大小进行显示输出等功能。关键词D 类放大器;脉冲宽度调制;功率 AbstractIn the past one century's time, the development of audio power amplifier in the material with the production process of electronic devices more and more excellent also in the continuous development and renewal.
