食品冷链物流评价体系讨论[摘要]本篇论文在查阅了大量国内外食品冷链物流以及评价体系相关讨论资料的基础上，运用循环物流理论、绿色物流理论、系统论等理论，对我国食品冷链物流现状进行了深化的讨论和分析，并指出，制约食品冷链物流快速进展的根本原因是食品冷链物流评价体系的缺失。在分析了其建立的必要性之后，本文构建了尽可能全面、科学的食品冷链物流评价指标体系，并运用模糊综合评价法构建了评价体系模型，进而对这一工作的施行进行了效果预测。最后，本文以 EF 公司食品冷链物流为讨论对象进行了实例分析，分析结论证实了评价指标体系以及评价模型的有用性和适用性，对我国食品冷链物流评价体系的建设有一定借鉴意义。 [关键词]食品冷链物流；评价体系；指标体系；模糊综合评价Research on Evaluation System of Food Cold-chain Logistics [Abstract] Based on inspecting many relevant research data about food cold-chain logistics and evaluation system at home and abroad, the thesis makes a deep research and analysis about situation of cold-chain logistics in our country, use the theory of Cycle Logistics, Environmental Logistics and System Theory, and points out that the most important factor which obstructs the development of food cold-chain logistics is the missing of food cold-chain logistics evaluation system. After analyzing the necessity of establishing the evaluation system, the thesis constructs a scientific food cold-chain logistics evaluation index system as comprehensive as possible, and it constructs a evaluation system model with fuzzy comprehensive analysis method，and then a effect forecasting. At last, this paper taking a EF company as example makes a analysis, whose conclusion shows the practicality and suitability, further more, it has reference significance on a certain extent to the food cold-chain logistics’ construction of our country.
