高 炉 自 动 测 控 系 统 设 计摘 要钢铁工业是国民经济的支柱产业,高炉炼铁是钢铁工业的上游主体工序。高炉炼铁的技术进步对钢铁工业的进展和国家资源的合理利用都有极其重要的意义。高炉具有以下特点:设备体积大;生产工艺具有一定的连续性且前后关联,操作复杂;原料用量大,运输量大;设备要求有高效的运转率,同时要有较长的使用寿命。由于高炉是密闭的,必须借助于许多检测仪表才能推断其内部情况。本论文在查阅了大量国内外相关文献的基础上,探讨了高炉过程控制的基本思想、内容及方法,设计了高炉温度、流量、压力检测系统以及炉顶压力自动控制系统,阐述了高炉监控系统的总体设计以及MCGS 在监控系统中的应用。高炉监控系统的主要功能是对现场过程数据进行动态监视,完成历史数据归档及异常信号的报警,对现场操作进行指导,并在高炉值班室对高炉本体生产过程进行实时控制。关键词:高炉;检测;过程控制;监控系统;MCGSThe Design Of The Measuring And Controlling SystemOn Blast FurnaceAbstractMetallurgical industry is the basic industry of national economy and blast furnace(BF) iron-making is the upper main Procedure of metallurgical industry.
