dsRNA 与干扰素之间的密切联系及转染在两者间的应用【摘要】 IFN 的产生与 dsRNA 之间的相关讨论已获得显着进展,目前已发现细胞内有两种酶与干扰素的产生密切相关,而且在干扰素诱生的过程中,dsRNA 链上的多聚肌苷胞苷酸 Poly 能被双链 RNA 依赖蛋白激酶特意性激活。DsRNA 与干扰素间的相关性还表现在许多细胞调节因子和效应因子上,例如 IRFs,Mx 蛋白,Toll-Like 受体的 mAb 和一些细胞因子,同时,dsRNA 能通过 IFN 的诱生来激发细胞产生凋亡现象,若两者之间的相关性通过细胞转染技术来实现,则可得到进一步的探讨和讨论。 【关键词】 干扰素;dsRNA;转染,凋亡 Correlation and transfection applying betneen dsRNA and interferon 【Abstract】 The distinct advance have been formed about the correlation rsearch between dsRNA and interferon(IFN), recently it’s found that there are two enzymes in the cell tightly correlating with the production of IFN. And during the production of IFN induction, the polyinosinic polycytidylic Acid, polyin the dsRNA chain could be specific activated by double-stranded RNA-dependent protein kinase(PKR).In addition,many cellar regulator and effector also expressed the correlation between IFN and dsRNA,such as interferon regulatory factors(IRFs), mx protein,the mAb of toll-like receptor, and some ,dsRNA could activate the cell programmed death through the induction of IFN, if the correlation could be realized and communicated by the technology of cell transfection, it would be exploited and researched more deeply and completely. 【Key words】 IFN ;trsansfection;dsRNA;apoptosis 干扰素(Interferon, IFN)在抗病毒感染领域已获得广泛深化讨论,是细胞因子四大家族成员之一,IFN 能诱导细胞进入抗病毒状态和限制病毒扩散。也有报导表明大部分被 dsRNA 病毒感染的细胞会产生凋亡现象等人在讨论 HDV 基因组时发现 HDV 的环状 ssRNA 具有膜内互补结构,能在胞内形成一杆状 dsRNA,若此 dsRNA 在胞内存在暴露状态,它将诱导 IFN 表达,激活两种 IFN诱...
