基于 s7-300PLC 五层电梯控制系统设计 摘 要 伴随城市建设不停进展,高层建筑不停增多,电梯在人们生活中占有着越来越主要地位。在高层建筑中,电梯更是不可缺乏垂直运输设备。伴随高层建筑飞速进展今日,电梯行业也随之进入了新进展时期,电梯控制技术已经进展到了调频调压调速,其逻辑控制也由 PLC 代替原来继电器控制,其许多功效是传统继电器控制系统无法实现。 本文针对我国电梯行业现实状况,将可编程序控制器 PLC 应用于五层电梯进行逻辑控制,经过合理选择和设计,不但提升了电梯可靠性、可维护性和灵活性,同时大大延长了电梯使用寿命,缩短了电梯开发周期,从而改进了电梯控制水平,提升了电梯运行舒适感,使电梯达成了较为理想控制效果。本文设计电梯与传统电梯相比,在运行过程中具备更为良好舒适感,在生活中能够节约电能,取得了良好经济效益和社会效益,达成了理想目标。该电梯控制系统具备指层、厅呼唤、选层选向、手动和自动等功效,具备集选控制特点。 在介绍电梯基本结构基础上,深化分析了电梯工作原理,阐述了 PLC 优点及特点,重点分析了电梯硬件设计和软件设计,讨论并提出了基于 PLC 电梯控制系统设计实现方案,最终对本论文讨论内容进行了总结与展望。 关键词:电梯;PLC;控制 ABSTRACT With the city construction's continuous development , the amount of high-rise buildings is increasing rapidly , which makes the role that elevator played in people's daily life become more and more important.
