多部位肿瘤适形放疗 CT 定位扫描技术的探讨及其临床意义 【摘 要】 目的：探讨适形放疗中 CT模拟三维定位扫描技术及其应用价值。治疗与方法：回顾分析 620 例体颈头部多种肿瘤的 CT 模拟三维定位技术及其应用，体位固定方式：框架定位与激光定位技术。结果：CT 模拟过程在 CT 重建图像上进行，CT 扫描能精确确定计划靶区。注意 CT 扫描参数的掌握，数据的精确采集，CT 值的测定等能满足适形放疗的需要。结论：CT 模拟定位在适形放疗中有重要价值。【关键词】：肿瘤；CT 模拟定位；适形放疗[Abstract] objective: To study CT scanning technique and the application of simulative three-dimensional treatment plan system (3DTPS) in conformal therapy. Materiates and Methods: We reviewed CT simulation 3-D orientation and its application in 620 cases of tumor of body, neck and head, the fixation mode including frame and laser light orientation. Result: The course of CT simulation was carried on the reconstructed imaging, the target was exactly confirmed by CT scan, choose suitable parameter, collect exact data and measure CT were important to conformal radiotherapy.
