基于单片机工业锅炉水位控制系统设计 摘 要 锅炉计算机控制是近年来开发一项新技术,它是微型计算机软、硬件、自动控制和锅炉节能等几项技术紧密结合产物,作为锅炉控制装置,其主要任务是确保锅炉安全、稳定、经济运行,减轻工作人员劳动强度。实行微计算机控制,能对锅炉进行自动检测、自动控制等多项功效。因为我国工业锅炉生产操作水平落后,造成很多大量热能丢失,实践证实,工业锅炉实现微型计算机控制,是锅炉安全生产,提升热效率,节约能源一大创举,也为锅炉生产开辟了宽广前景。 本设计实行三冲量水位控制系统,以锅炉水位为主控信号,蒸汽流量为前馈信号,给水流量为控制器反馈信号。经过单片机控制,使锅炉水位维持在正常范围内,当水位超出上限或下限时,能及时报警并采取对应 方法。 关键词:三冲量控制,汽包水位,锅炉温度 The design of industrial boiler water level control stystem base Single Chip Machine ABSTRACT In recent years ,computer control of boiler was a new technology.It is a union product with the close connection of micro-computer hardware and software, automati control and the energy of boiler-saving technology.
