老旧多层住宅加装电梯改造设计分析孙燕（中国建筑科学讨论院，北京，100013）Analysis on the Design of Adding Elevator to the Existing Multi-storey Residential BuildingSun Yan（China Academy of Building Research，Beijing，100013）摘 要:随着人口老龄化加剧，老旧多层住宅加建电梯已成改善居住质量的必要条件。本文结合实例分析总结了既有多层住宅加建电梯的类型，并对这些加建类型的特点进行分析，指出了电梯加建的现实制约条件，为以后的实践提供理论依据。 Abstract ： With the intensification of the aging population, the old multi-storey residential building elevator has bee a necessary condition to improve the quality of life.
