旋转机械的角位移测量及故障判断系统摘要本设计采用软件和硬件相结合的方法,将圆光栅传感器、数据采集器、计算机和虚拟仪器技术结合在一起,具有较高测量机构的凸轮机构分度精度测量系统并能实现实时数据处理、显示和打印测量结果,通过对测试软件加以丰富和完善对凸轮特性加以分析,则可实现凸轮机构的故障诊断功能
