基于 PLCC650 车床控制系统设计摘 要:针对传统车床故障多,检修麻烦,线路复杂,越来越不适应该今工业生产要求问题,在对其电气原理和控制要求进行分析后,本文提出了用PLC对车床控制系统进行改善新方法。 本设计从车床控制需要I/O点数、性能价格比高低、各控制功效实现及优化等方面考虑,关键进行了车床电气原理分析、控制元件选择、PLCI/O点分配和控制系统梯形图程序设计等过程。PLC控制系统硬件接线少、消耗功效低、反应速度快、工作稳定、功效强大。用PLC控制系统来替换车床原有控制系统,能使车床在改变控制要求时更为方便,配合适宜程序,还可实现自动加工功效。关键词:C650卧式车床;电气控制原理; S7-200PLC;梯形图Control System of The c650 Lathe Design Based on PLCAbstract:For traditional turning lathes having many examples of machine malfunctions, maintenance of troubles, circuit complexities, it’s not fit for the industrial production requirements nowadays more and more. After analyzing electrical schematics and control requirements, a new method was put forward by which using PLC to transform the control system of the turning machine. The design considered many aspects such as I / O points of the controlled object, ratio of the cost-performance, implementation and optimization of the control functions, as well as other sides. Thus mainly analyzed the control principles, the control devices selections, PLC's I / O points’ distributions and the process of control systems FIG programs. PLC control system has less connections, small size, low power consumption, higher control speed, higher reliability, more complete functions and many other advantages.
