浅析平原地区高速公路软基路段裂缝病害成因及处理措施浅析平原地区高速公路软基路段裂缝病害成因及处理措施 摘要:顺达高速公路位于湖北省荆州市境内,北接襄荆高速公路,南连荆州长江大桥,属于二(连浩特)广(州)高速公路的一段,沿线湖区密布,是湖北省有名的软基路段多发地。顺达高速公路自 2025 年建成通车以来,受软基段面等因素的影响,道路裂缝病害较多。笔者作为该高速公路养护管理人员,结合其多年来对该路段裂缝病害的处理经验,对平原地区软基路段裂缝病害的成因进行了分析,并提出了一些比较有成效的处理方式。 关键词:平原地区;高速公路;裂缝病害;处理措施 Abstract: Shunda highway is located in Hubei Province, Jingzhou City, north next to Xiang Jing expressway, South next to Jingzhou Yangtze River bridge, belonging to two ( even hot) Canton (state ) an expressway section, it is famous the soft foundation section of many hair in Hubei province. Shunda highway to build from 2025 since is open to traffic, the soft foundation section and other factors, many road cracks. As the highway maintenance and management personnel, combined with years of the section of cracks processing experience, on the plains of soft roadbed cracks causes were analyzed, and put forward some more effective treatment methods. Key words: plain area; expressway; cracks; treatment measures 中图分类号:U416 一、软基路段裂缝病害成因 1.施工时把关不严,先天不足造成裂缝病害 高速公路项目在建设期间,由于施工工序把关不严,影响到高速公路的建设质量,主要表现为: 1.1 路基土方施工时,对土方质量要求不够高,清淤不到位,压实时强度不够或压实不均衡,导致后期出现不规则沉降,造成路面裂缝。 1.2 路基填土过高,造成在一层一层压实的过程中压实度与高程呈递减状态,越向上的土层压实越小,投入使用后,经过沉降和车辆反复碾压形成裂缝。 2.高温低寒冷热膨胀造成裂缝病害 高速公路路体因直接与周边环境接触,受气温变化影响很大,太阳直射、雨雪覆盖等均能造成高速公路的膨胀变化,膨胀变化率一旦不均衡,则会造成裂缝病害。 2.1 高温膨胀氧化造成...
