炼钢液态钢渣处理中防放炮安全事故的方法探究炼钢液态钢渣处理中防放炮安全事故的方法探究 摘要:传统的钢渣处理模式主要有渣场热泼法和渣池闷渣法,虽各有特点但也存在明显不足。渣场热泼法处理钢渣流程为:先进行液态钢渣凝固,然后打水。由于没有液态钢渣与水的接触,从工艺设计上杜绝了放炮事故的发生。然而在实际操作中,由于泼渣场一般为露天建设,极易受到天气因素、管理因素的制约,易产生放炮事故,影响作业率,威胁安全生产。渣池闷渣法处理流程为:将几罐钢渣集中入一个渣池,再进行打水。该方法大大缩小了场地面积,可在厂房内操作,消除了天气影响,能够连续作业,大大提高了作业率。但渣池闷渣法处理钢渣,水打在钢渣壳上,一旦使液态钢渣与水发生扰动,就会发生放炮,相应的控制条件比较严格。 关键词:液态钢渣处理 热泼法 防放炮方法 Abstract: the traditional mode of steel slag processing mainly residue field hot splash method and the slag pool Menzha method, although different characteristics but also has the obvious deficiency.
