PWM 直流脉宽调速系统的设计摘 要以电力电子学和电机调速技术为基础,本文设计了一种基于直流脉宽调速控制技术的直流电机调速系统。为了得到较好的动静态性能,该控制系统采纳了双闭环控制,同时速度调节器和电流调节器都选用PI调节器。本调速系统采纳半桥型电路作为主电路,它相当于降压斩波电路和升压斩波电路的串联组合,选用全控型器件 IGBT 作开关器件。控制电路以集成 PWM 控制器 SG3525 为核心,3525 输出的脉宽调制信号经 LM1413 放大后作为 IGBT 的驱动信号。实验证明本调试系统直流电压大小调节和电机可逆运行的实现非常方便,并具有较硬的静特性和机械特性。 关键词: 升/降压斩波电路;SG3525;直流脉宽调速;MATLABAbstractOn the basis of Power Electronic and electric motor speed adjusting technology, the calibrator designs a speed adjusting system in which Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controlling technology is used to control . motor. The system uses single chip micro computer as an auxiliary unit.Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) is selected as power semiconductor on-off element in the system The thesis explains the principle of PWM controlling.
