摘 要当前 PLC 己成为工业控制原则设备,是自动控制系统三大技术支柱之一,在自动控制系统应用中,可编程序控制器占据着举足轻重地位。本次设计内容是在西门子 S7300 系列编程软件及 WinCC6.2 编程环境下对水冲渣系统进行编程设计及上位机控制画面设计。在纯熟掌握 S7300 梯形图编程及特点和 WinCC上位机编程前提下,对该系统进行全面设计,重复实验。在 WinCC 画面窗口中显示出与 PLC 运营相一致过程和成果,使抽象程序一目了然地呈现与眼前。本论文大体可分为四个某些:第一某些重要对水冲渣系统设计有关知识做了简介;第二某些简介了 PLC 基本构成和工作原理及 PLC 在自动化系统中应用;第三某些重要是对水冲渣系统图纸简介及实验调研;最后一某些是水冲渣系统软件论述。本论文所设计软件可用于 PLC 和 WinCC 模仿运营与学习,经进一步完善和扩充功能也可作为基于计算机平台控制技术基本。核心词:PLC;WinCC;画面窗口AbstractAt present PLC has become the standard of industrial control equipment , automatic control system is one of the pillars of the three technology , the application in automatic control system,PLC holds an important position.This design is the content of the Siemens S7300 series in programming software and wincc6.2 programming environment water cinder flushing system programming design and PC control screen design.
