论水利工程的施工管理论水利工程的施工管理 摘要：随着我国经济的飞速进展，水利工程施工也越来越多，而水利工程施工管理是一项涉及面广、涉及学科范围大的课题，水利工程施工管理的成功与否，直接影响到整个项目建设的质量、成本与进度。本文结合多年的实践经验，论述了水利工程在施工管理上存在的一些普遍问题，并提出合理化建议，希望对当前的水利工程施工管理提供一些思考。 关键词：水利工程；施工；管理；安全 Abstract: with the rapid development of our economy, the construction of water conservancy project is also increasing, and the construction management of water conservancy project is involved in a wide range ofdisciplines involved in the subject, scope, constructionmanagement of water conservancy project is successful or not, directly affect the quality of the project construction,the schedule. In this paper, combined with many years of practical experience, discusses some common problems in the construction of water conservancy projectmanagement, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions, hoping to provide some thoughts on theconstruction of water conservancy project management at present.
