福建省人力资源服务业发展现状调查研究分析 工商管理专业

目 录..........................................................1...................................1...........................................1..............................4...............................4.......................5.........................6.......................6...........8..........................................10..........................10....................11...................................................11参考文献.................................................12福建省人力资源服务业发展现况调查研究摘要：人力资源服务业逐渐得到国家重视，但在研究行业的相关问题上，因为其特有的地理性必须结合不同地区的特点来分析。由此本文以福建省为人力资源服务业相关问题的研究案例，进行了探讨。本文首先对人力资源的研究背景和研究意义进行阐述，并对查阅的国内外相关文献进行概述；其次概述人力资源服务行业的基本概念和业务类型和特点，并通过近几年福建省的人力资源服务业的行业数据做了分析，得到了福建省人力资源服务业的发展现状；然后针对调查研究中发现的问题，进一步分析了对福建省人力资源服务业发展受到的制约的原因。最后参考了国内其他省份或者地区人力资源服务业的发展经验并结合福建省的实际情况，提出了推动福建省人力资源服务业发展的对策和建议。关键词：人力资源；人力资源服务业；福建省Research On TheDevelopment Of Human Rresource Service Industry Abstract:The human resource service industry gradually receives the national attention, but in the research industry related issues, because its unique ground reason must combine the characteristics of different regions to analyze.
