摘要现阶段，任何企业的生存发展都离不开发挥供应链管理的积极作用。可是因为供应链管理涉及的范围太大，决定了该系统存在很大的安全隐患，具有很大的不确定性。其涉及的众多环节中任何一个因素发生事故都会影响到其他相关的组成部分，进而左右着整体的发展。在此背景下，供应链风险防范尤其重要。本文通过简要介绍供应链风险相关理论知识的基础上，结合比较典型的供应链风险事例，最终分析总企业结物流管理方面的普遍问题，并针对其推出针对性的解决措施。最终得出的结论为：对于供应链管理而言，企业务必实事求是，理论联系实际，提高整体供应链水平，，同时发挥优秀管理方法的优势，提升供应链的安全性，，最终创造出高质量、低风险的供应链。关键词：供应链；管理；风险；防范AbstractSupply chain management is playing a more and more important role in the development of enterprise managementThe chain involves a large number of participants and closely linked to each other, so that the supply chain system is very fragile, vulnerable to a variety of supply chain risk attacks.
