au13x对co催化氧化性能的研究

Au/13X 对 CO 催 化 氧 化 性 能 的 讨 论 摘 要：以13X 分子筛为载体制备金催化剂，讨论制备条件等对其催化氧化CO性能的影响 。 液 相 浸 渍 温 度 为 80℃ ， 氯 金 酸 浸 渍 液 pH 值 为 6 时 ， Au/13X 表 现 出 较 高 的 催 化 活 性 。13X 分子筛改性，助剂Fe的加入会进一步改善Au/13X 的催化性能。XPS ，SEM 和BET 等方法对Au/13X 催化剂的表征说明，分子筛的改性和Fe的加入改变了载体的孔结构，影响金在催化剂表面的分布形态。关键词：Au/13X ，催化剂，CO，氧化Study on Au/13X Catalysts for CO Oxidation Abstract: Gold catalyst was prepared using 13X Zeolite as the support. The effects of preparation conditions on the catalytic activity for CO oxidation were studied. When the pH value of chloroauric acid solution at 6, impregnation temperature at 80℃, the activity of Au/13X was better. The chemical modifacation of 13X and the addition of Fe could improve the activity of Au/13X. The catalyst was characterized by XRD, XPS and SEM. It showed that the modifacation of 13X and the addition of Fe could change the pore structure of the support, and could also affect the distribution of gold on the catalyst surface.Key words: Au/13X, Catalyts, CO ，Oxidation1. 前言由于金的d 层电子已排满（5d106s1 ）以及难于制备高分散金微粒等原因，金曾被认为是催化惰性的。1983 年Schwank[1]注意到金催化剂超常的催化性能。M.Haruta[2] 等人进一步讨论表明，金催化剂能在0oC以下将CO完全催化氧化成CO2，引发了对金催化剂讨论的热潮。Haruta 总结高活性负载型金催化剂的特点：一是金高度分散（达到纳米级颗粒）；二是金与载体之间有强的相互作用。Lin[3]等用Y 型分子筛代替易还原性金属氧化物作载体，制备金催化剂，对CO氧化反应亦表现出较好的催化效果。如用与Y 型分子筛结构类似的X 型沸石分子筛作载体，制备金催化剂，其催化活性如何是本文的讨论内容。2 实验部分2.1 Au/13X催化剂的制备Au/13X 催化剂采纳液相浸渍法制备。250mL去离子水溶解氯金酸，用NaOH 调pH，加入2 克13X 分子筛，水浴加热...
