CASS 城市污水处理厂设计摘要 当今,随着经济的快速进展,人民生活水平的不断提高,环境污染日趋严重,加大城市生活污水治理力度势在必行。现拟建一座城市生活污水处理厂,规模为近期日处理量 3.5 万吨,远期为 6 万吨的污水处理厂初步设计。本设计采纳循环式活性污泥法(CASS)工艺, CASS 工艺是一种与生物选择器原理结合在一起,具有抗冲击负荷和脱氮除磷功能。经比选,此工艺具有投资省,处理效果好,运行管理方便等优点,适用于大中型污水处理厂使用。本工程的实施将显著改善受纳水体水质,同时间接产生经济效益,促进经济可持续进展。本设计主要包括污水厂工艺选择,各构筑物的设计与计算,设备的选型以及污水厂的总体布置进行初步设计。关键字 :污水处理厂,CASS 工艺,设计The CASS Technique Design of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Student’s name: Tang Jielan Advisor: Xue Xiangdong(School of Civil Engineering Zhejiang University of Science and Technology)AbstractNowadays, with the rapid economic development and the people's living standard improved, environmental pollution is more serious. So it is both inevitable and necessary to develop the urban sewage treatment. Now, a Sewage treatment plant will be planed to build in a city. Treatment scale of Sewage is 35,000 tons per day, forward to 60,000 tons per day of sewage treatment plant preliminary design. This design uses Cyclic Activated Sludge System (CASS),which is a type of modified Sequencing Bath Reactor (SBR). It synthesizes the characteristics of activated sludge processing and SBR in combination with a biological selector, shock loading and fluctuation and densification as well as phosphorus removal will take place simultaneously. Though scheme comparison, the process has some advantages like saving investment, good treatment effect, easy operation and management and so on and applies to big and medium-sized sewage treatment plants use.
