人力资源规划与企业可持续进展摘要人力资源与企业可持续进展的关系是一个全球性性问题,它得到了国际社会的广泛认同,同时也是我国现代化建设面临的一个现实问题。作为影响企业可持续进展的诸多重要因素之一的人力资源的开发问题,越来越成为当前讨论中国企业可持续进展的一个不容忽视的重大课题。我国是人口最多的国家,长期以来的粗放式经济增长,造成了人口、资源与环境的矛盾,因此,中国企业的可持续进展必须走开发和积累人力资本的道路。本文首先分析了人力资源与企业可持续进展的关系,并根据中国的国情,提出了人力资源开发战略是中国企业可持续进展选择的观点之一,并对此提出了一些粗浅的建议。Abstract:The issue of the relationship between human resource and sustainable development of an enterprise occurs worldwide, which causes abroad attentions among international social society and is also a face-to-face problem in constructing modernazation in China. As one of a good many points which affect the sustainable development of an enterprise, human resource becomes an unneglectable great issue when researching the way for a sustainable development in China. China has the largest population in the world and increased economic production in an extensive way, which caused the conflicts among population, resources and enviroment. Considering above, the best way for Chinese enterpises persuing sustainable development should follow the guideline of funding and accumulating human resources. Here we first analyse the relationship between human resources and enterprisal sustainable development.
