从城市可持续进展模式浅探企业组织建构思路从城市可持续进展模式浅探企业组织建构思路 摘要：无论宏观还是微观组织，都面临组织可持续进展的问题，比如城市及企业。由于城市化进程与企业组织架构的过程有着共同特点，本文旨在探讨企业借鉴城市进展模式建构自身组织的课题。通过对比两种城市进展模式及内生型组织进展的理论基础，提出企业借鉴城市内生型模式不仅可行，而且可以成为企业建构可持续进展组织的重要思路,进而提出借鉴的重点及具体工具。 关键词：城市进展模式 ， 组织建构，可持续进展 Abstract: both macro or the microstructure, face the sustainable development of the organization, such as cities and enterprises.
