从绿色建筑看可持续进展从绿色建筑看可持续进展 摘要：随着可持续进展成为人类和自然协调进展的全球化战略,绿色建筑也成为建筑业进展的必定趋势,但是绿色建筑存在的技术不成熟和初始建造成本较高等问题,使绿色建筑在我国难以推广开来。本文阐述了绿色建筑的概念及基本特征，并针对绿色建筑进展面临的问题和困难，提出了绿色建筑实现可持续进展的几点建议。 关键词：绿色建筑、可持续进展、建筑节能 Abstract：Green architectures become the most important tend of the development of architecture as the development of architecture as the sustainable development turns to be the global strategy of human being and nature. However, the green buildings are hard to spread in our country because of the unnatural technology and high prices. This paper has clarified the main idea of green architecture and its basic characteristics, and gave some suggestions about the facing problems and difficulties to utilize the sustainable development of the green architectures. Keywords: Green building、Sustainable development、Building energy saving 中图分类号：TU-9 1.引言 在城市建设高速进展的时代，人类以牺牲环境为代价的高速城市化进程难以为继，建筑耗能逐年大幅提高，又由于现代建筑技术的改善，全密闭全空调的建筑物室内环境问题日益严重。因此，耗用自然资源并制造污染最多的建筑业必须走可持续进展之路，既满足当代进展的需要而又不危及到下一代进展的需要[1] 。当我们把以健康节能作为建筑业可持续进展的目标时，“绿色建筑”理念应运而生。 2.绿色建筑的概念 绿色建筑是遵循保护地球环境、节约资源、确保人居环境质量这样一些可持续进展的基本原则，由西方发达国家于 20 世纪 60 年代率先提出的一种建筑理念。由于各国经济进展水平、地理位置和人均资源等条件不同, 对绿色建筑内涵的理解不尽相同,我国将绿色建筑明确定义为，在建筑的全寿命周期内, 最大限度地节约资源(节能、节地、节水、节材), 保护环境和减少污染, 为人们提供健康、适用和高效的使用空间, 与自然和谐共生的建筑[2]。 3.绿色建筑的特征 3.1 规划选址合理 正确的选址，是绿色建筑正常、有序、稳定进展的基础。选...
