农村公路质量监督管理工作探讨农村公路质量监督管理工作探讨 摘要：随着现代交通“三大建设”和交通“十大工程”的全面推动，农村公路质量监督工作面临新的挑战和机遇，县级质监机构应不断加强质监队伍建设，完善监督程序，履行监督职能，强化监督手段，为农村公路建设把好关，更好的为构建和谐新农村服务。因此，如何在新形势、新任务下做好农村公路质量监督工作，进一步提高工程质量水平，是当前亟待解决的问题。 主题词：农村公路 ， 质量监督，探讨 Abstract: with the modern traffic "three big construction" and traffic "ten key projects" to promote the overall, rural highway quality supervision work faces new challenges and opportunities, the county level qualitative inspect institution shall strengthen the qualitative inspect team construction, improve the supervision procedure, and fulfill the supervisory function, strengthen supervision and means for the rural highway construction the good close, the better for the construction of the new harmonious countryside services. Keywords: rural highway, quality, discussed 中图分类号：F253.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 农村公路是公路网的重要组成部分，是保障农村社会经济进展最重要的基础设施之一。农村公路包括县道、乡道和村道三个层次。“十二五”期是温州交通“三大建设”的重要推动期，根据《温州市公路水路交通运输“十二五”进展规划》，公路建设总投资约1285 亿元，其中农村公路建设投资 183.5 亿元，到 2025 年，农村公路里程将达到 1.5 万公里。为适应交通建设进展的新要求，进一步健全省、市、县三级质监体系，提高交通建设工程质量、安全、造价合同监督管理工作水平，根据国务院《建设工程质量管理条例》等法规和有关文件精神，浙江省交通运输厅出台《关于省市县三级交通建设工程质量安全监督等工作分工的意见》，形成省厅质监局负责监督国高网的高速公路、重点航道、大型码头，市质监...
