城市综合体设计浅谈城市综合体设计浅谈 摘要 / 随着时代的前进与城市经济的进展，以及人们生活水平的提高和科学技术的进步，城市建设走向了有序规划，产业聚合，功能互补的综合模式，从而在建筑的整体功能上出现了城市综合体。优秀的城市综合体的复合效应与整合能力，势必将彰显并抬升整个城市的投资和商业价值，提升城市的品牌形象，同时为人们在此生活、居住、游戏、娱乐提供了便利。如何设计出优秀的城市综合体，作者在主持 A1A4 地块的设计工作，同时对国内外多个案例进行分析，得到一些可供分享的设计重点。 Abstract：with the development of the times city economy and the improvement ofpeople’s living standard, the city building is going to the comprehensive pattern of orderly plan, industry aggregation and functional complementation, as a result, the city complex appears.
