执行力是实现企业战略目标的必要保障执行力是实现企业战略目标的必要保障 摘要：执行力建设是企业生存、进展乃至走向卓越的关键所在，是管理者理解管理决策并组织实施的能力，将企业目标转化为结果的过程。随着国家建设步伐加快、企业整体运行效率的提高，建筑施工企业推动标准化、制度化、法律规范化和精细化管理日显重要。本文论述了执行力的内涵，分析了执行不力的主要原因，提出了提高执行力建设的有效途径和方法，并就如何精心培育企业员工队伍执行力进行了阐述。 关键词：执行力战略目标必要保障 Abstract: the execution of the construction is the enterprise survival, development and excellence of the key, is managers to understand the ability ofmanagement decision and organize the implementation,process business goals into results. With the pace of construction, the overall efficiency of enterprises to improve, promote the standardization of construction enterprises, institutionalization, standardization and refinement of management becomes more and more important. This paper discusses the connotation of the executive power, and analyzes the main reasons for ineffective implementation, put forward the effective way and method to improve the execution of the construction,and on how to nurture the enterprise staff execution are described.
