无锡地铁一号线永丰路站方案设计分析无锡地铁一号线永丰路站方案设计分析 摘要：为讨论无锡地铁一号线永丰路站及其与商业开发结合方案，从建筑布局、结构预留、设备布置、消防分隔、人防分隔等几个方面进行分析和讨论，最终确定可实施方案，以保证车站与物业开发既紧密结合又相互独立。引发对带上盖物业开发的地铁车站设计的思考，希望在进一步的讨论分析中能够引起重视并做出更优化，更有特色的方案。 关键词：永丰路站；上盖物业；特色设计 Abstract:In order to research the scheme of Yongfeng Road Station of Wuxin Metro Line 1, the combination scheme of station and business development, By analyzing and researching from the below aspects, such as, reserved architectural layout, structure, equipment layout, fire protection separation, civil air defense, space and so on , finally determine the implementation plan to ensure the station and property above MTR are closely integrated and independently of each other. Initiation thinking of the design of station and property above MTR . Hope the program designer capable pay attention tothe further research and analysis and make more optimized, more features. Key words: Yongfeng Road Station; property above MTR; features desi 中图分类号：TU47 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104（2025） 0 引言 2025 年，中国有近 30 个城市和地区都在着手进行轨道交通的建设、规划，涉及的线路项目多达 110 多条，中国地铁建设进入一个急速上升的进展时期。然而城市轨道交通建设投资大、回报周期长，为了平衡轨道交通的建设成本，地铁与物业结合的模式将是必定的趋势。目前国内外地铁的设计已经在考虑对地铁站的单侧或双侧进展地下商业设施。如奥地利首都维也纳、瑞士的苏黎世等城市利用城市道路交叉口及地铁枢纽站的地下空间作为商业区。无锡地铁一号线永丰路站既在车站两侧进展地下商业，也在站体上方作大规模物业开发，是目前与物业开发结合最紧密的车站，也是物业开发对车站的设计影响最大的车站。在国内的地铁车站设计中，通常物业开发设计相对滞后，如何在不影响地铁功能的前提下最大化物业开发的价值，如何...
