It elaborated the general legal laws and regulations and format in Tender document and Bids document. It is used Hong Ye D/N account software when establishing Tender document , used the method of normal D/N account and format of establishment when establishing bids document, analysised planning and programming of project construction in detail when establishing to tender document. It is a design that completely have introduced format and method of books of bidding for construction projects.
