水利工程监理工作探析水利工程监理工作探析 摘要:水利工程监理就是对在建水利工程实行工程建设监理制度，从而在一定程度上，为加快建设进度、确保工程质量、节约投资成本提供了有利条件。本文结合个人工作实践与理论知识，通过对水利工程建设监理的特点、现状及问题进行分析，总结水利工程监理工作的经验从而促进水利工作监理工作的法律规范化、科学化运转。 关键词:水利工程监理;现状;措施 Abstract: Water conservancy project supervision is the supervision system of construction projects in the construction of water conservancy project, which to a certain extent, to speed up the progress of construction, ensure project quality, save investment cost provides favorable conditions. Key words: water conservancy project supervision; current situation; measures 中图分类号： TV 文献标识码：A 文章编码： 我国对工程实施监理开始于 19 世纪 80 年代，进展到目前监理制度已经逐步走向成熟，特别是对水利工程实施监理已经成为水利工程建设中的重要举措。 1、水利工程监理的基本定义及内容 水利工程监理就是指项目法人依法委托监理施工单位组织，根据国家相关建设工程的法律法规与相关项目建设文件、合同，及水利工程监理合同等具有法律效力的文件，对水利工程建设实施的科学管理。水利工程监理的主要内容可以概括为“三个控制、两个管理、一个协调”，也就是对水利工程监理合同的管理，根据监理合同对水利工程实施的投资、建设工期及建设质量进行控制，同时对各方面的关系进行有效协调。 2、水利工程监理的现状 随着我国水利工程建设监理的快速进展，水利工程领域实施监理已成为当今工程建设中的重要方式，并发挥着积极的作用。然而，我国水利工程监理仍然存在着一定的局限性。主要表现在以下方面： 2.1 准备工作不...
