浅议项目经理应具备的能力浅议项目经理应具备的能力 摘要：项目管理是二十世纪 50 年代末期进展起来的一种计划管理方法，它一经出现就为全世界所瞩目。项目管理作为新兴的管理学科中成长性最快的一个分支，是一种科学的管理方式，已经更加广泛地应用到企业管理之中，最重要的表现就是企业项目管理，即时企业管理进行全方面的项目管理改造。本文从本人负责的数字电视整体转换项目出发，思考项目经理在项目管理中的地位与责任，探究项目经理应当具备哪些管理能力，才能指引项目团队进展方向，带领团队取得优秀成绩。 关键词：项目管理;项目经理;风险管理 Abstract: Project management is to develop a management plan in twentieth Century, the late 50's, it has attracted world attention.
