浅谈控制工程变更降低工程造价的措施摘 要本文运用文献讨论法和个案讨论法，讨论工程变更对工程造价的影响问题，分析工程变更产生的原因及其对工程造价的影响程度，和如何尽可能地减少设计变更、控制工程造价。探讨如何加强工程变更的管理和法律规范建设工程各方的行为，确保项目工程质量和工期、有效控制工程造价和提高经济效益，并提出合理的减少工程变更的措施。阐明只有对工程项目进行科学的管理，才能有效地控制工程变更，降低工程造价，从而取得良好的经济效益。关键词：控制；工程变更；降低；工程造价；措施ABSTRACTThis paper uses the method of literature research and case study method, study on engineering change impact on project cost problem, and its influence on the engineering cost causes change analysis of engineering, and how to reduce as much as possible design changes, project cost control.
