[中文摘要]：钢结构是目前世界上进展迅速并且应用广泛的建筑结构形式，钢结构在中国将来成为最主要的结构形式已成为可能。目前探讨新农村的建筑形式是个热点，本设计旨在为新农村的建设提出建筑方案，设计了一 11 层的板式高层住宅，结构方案采纳钢框架。该建筑的同一个建筑方案采纳了三种柱截面形式，比较这三种方案的优缺点。为完成这项设计我做了以下工作。确定建筑方案，进行结构的分体系设计。采纳平面结构分析模型，选取一榀横向框架，初选框架构件截面，计算该榀框架的各种内力，进行内力组合，选取其中最不利组合，验算结构的整体稳定性，构件的承载力，构件的稳定性。再进行节点设计，选典型节点，设计构件的连接方式，验算节点的强度。设计出基础，验算基础的承载力。本设计中采纳 H 形钢柱，再参考同组人采纳箱型和圆钢管的柱截面的数据比较，得出了如下结论：用箱形截面柱和圆钢管截面柱的双向抗弯能力强，但对于板式楼 H 形截面足以满足这些要求，而且其用钢量较小；对于塔式建筑来说 H 形截面柱就不合理，其它两种截面较为适合。关键词：钢结构住宅、设计、H 型钢Abstract：Steel structure which is the world's rapid development and broad application form structures, structural steelwork in China will become the main form of the structure is possible.
