《运输包装设计》课程设计 三星 R428 笔记本电脑缓冲包装设计 摘 要当今社会,笔记本电脑的使用已经很普遍了，所以笔记本电脑的包装,缓冲设计变得十分重要。这也是我讨论这个课题的一个重要原因.本次课程设计主要通过分析三星 R428 笔记本电脑的外部流通环境和产品本身特性，选择合适的缓冲包装材料EPE，进行了缓冲衬垫的尺寸计算和结构设计，并进行相应的各种数据的校核，完成了缓冲包装设计。为了达到节约成本，节约材料的绿色包装理念。本次运输包装设计选用了 0201 型瓦楞纸箱进行尺寸和结构设计，并计算了该纸箱运输过程中需要满足的强度要求。同时还计算了外包装容器的相关数据。另外在集合包装上面，我进行了托盘和集装箱的选用分析。最后针对本次课程设计做出概括性的总结。关键词: EPE,缓冲包装，瓦楞纸箱，集合包装ABSTRACTIn society， the use of notebook computers is common， so the design of notebook computers’ packaging becomes very important。 This is one of the important reasons for my study of this subject.
