关于创建服务型政府的探索摘 要 经过了改革开放的大变革和 21 世纪经济全球化的浪潮，我国的经济处于全面腾飞的阶段。基于市场经济发展的新公共管理理论对于政府的职能有了全新的定位，由此促进了上个世纪 90 年代以来一直延续到现在的政府改革，并有效的推动了我国经济的全面发展。目前国内对于政府职能转变的研究主要集中在对于服务型政府职能本身的研究和对于政府职能转变的研究上。本文认为，关于服务型政府行政职能的实现，以及条件的保障等方面的问题还需要进行深入的探讨。文章将通过对现阶段我国构建服务型政府的实际情况，以及行政主体和环境的研究，来体现政府职能的实现。关键词：服务型政府 政府职能 职能重构AbstractAfter the reform and opening up and the great changes in the 21st century the tide of economic globalization, China's economic boom in the overall.
