论“微博式公民参与”的局限性及其对策分析研究——以“微博打拐”为例 行政管理专业

摘 要社会信息化的深度发展和技术条件的进一步提高将我们推向了一个消息即时发布的“人人皆记者”的自媒体时代。微博就是这样一个以快书写、快发布、快阅读见长的 Web2.0 的代表产物，140 个字附一张图片或一段视频的微传播成为当下最热门的信息传播方式。2010 年被新闻传播学界、业界称为“微博元年”，用户在数量上不断升级，截止 2011 年底全国微博用户已经超过 1.95 亿。微博逐渐转变为公民发声甚至表达政治意见的平台，微博公共空间初现雏形。作为一种新兴的传播媒介和公民参与方式，微博正在越来越深入地参与和影响人们的生活，改变着人们发布和获取信息的途径和参与的方式。论文从微博的定义，微博的传播特点，微博在传播过程中的局限以及应对措施等方面入手，对微博式公民参与进行了深入的研究和探讨。关键词：微博式公民参与，特点，局限，改善措施AbstractInformation society and the depth development and technical conditions further improve the us to a message immediately released "everybody all reporters" we the media age.
