沈阳农业大学科学技术学院毕业设计（论文）题目：河北省新型农村机构发展研究学院：经济与管理系_专业：金融学___学生姓名：张天锦___指导教师：张泽凡___二〇一年月日摘要在中国，农村金融在国民经济的发展，促进生产力提高等方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。受诸多方面原因的影响，我国农村地区经济发展水平严重滞后，城乡金融二元化问题日益突出，农村金融仍然是整个金融体系中最薄弱的环节，农村地区金融机构覆盖率低，金融供给不足，竞争不充分，成为现阶段制约我国农村地区经济发展的一个重要瓶颈。为了有效解决上述问题，积极支持新农村建设，国家在近几年连续出台了多项政策，积极支持新型农村金融机构发展，不断加大金融支持农村经济发展的力度，并取得了初步成效。河北省地区新型农村金融机构也得到了较好的发展，新型农村金融机构在支持三农方面的积极作用逐步体现。但同时，新型农村金融机构目前还处于组建和发展初期，面临着政策、制度、风险等多方面的问题。只有通过实施包括政策扶持、制度规范、人才完善等内外结合的一系列手段，帮助其解决发展中遇到的风险和障碍，才能推动其安全稳健发展，充分发挥其在完善农村金融服务、支持农村经济快速发展方面的促进作用。本文以河北省地区为例，通过对河北省新型农村金融发展历程及新型农村金融机构发展情况进行分析发现问题，在从村镇银行、贷款公司、资金互助社的发展提出整改意见，旨在促进河北省新型农村金融机构的发展。研究分析具有代表性和普遍性的发展问题，本文希望通过分析河北地区新型农村金融机构的发展问题能够给其他其他地区的农村金融的发展带来一些启示。关键词：风险障碍；河北；新型农村金融机构AbstractInChina,ruralfinanceinthedevelopmentofnationaleconomy,promoteproductivityplaysanimportantrole.Isaffectedbymanyreasons,ourcountrylagsfarbehindofeconomicdevelopmentlevelinruralareas,urbanandruralfinancialdualityproblemincreasinglyprominent,ruralfinanceisstillthemostweaklinkintheentirefinancialsystem,ruralfinancialinstitutionslowcoverage,insufficientfinancialsupply,inadequatecompetition,berestrictedtheeconomicdevelopmentofChina'sruralareasisanimportantbottleneck.Inordertoeffectivelysolvetheaboveaskyou,activelysupportingtheconstructionofnewcountryside,countriesinrecentyearscontinuousissuedanumberofpolicy,activelysupportthedevelopmentofthenewtypeofruralfinancialinstitutions,increasingfinancialsupportforruraleconomicdevelopment,andhasachievedinitialsuccess.Areainhebeiprovincenewruralfinancialinstitutionsalsogotbetterdevelopment,thenewtypeofruralfinancialinstitutionsinsupportingagriculture,ruralareasandfarmershasthepositiveroleofgradually.Butatthesametime,thenewtypeofruralfinancialinstitutionsatpresentisstillintheearlyformationanddevelopment,arefacedwiththeriskofpolicy,system,variousproblems.Onlybyimplementingincludingpolicysupport,andimprovethesystemspecification,talentsincombinationofaseriesofmeans,tohelpitsolverisksandobstaclesencounteredindevelopment,topromotethedevelopmentofitssecuritysteady,givefullplaytoitsinperfectruralfinancialservice,supportroleinpromotingrapideconomicdevelopmentinthecountryside.ThispaperinHebeiProvinceasanexample,throughtheanalysisfoundthattheproblem,inthevillagebanks,loancompanies,mutualfundsandthedevelopmentofthesocietyputforwardrectificationopinions,inordertopromotethedevelopmentofnew-typeruralfinancialinstitutioninHebeiProvinceofHebeiProvincenewruralfinancialdevelopmentprocessandnewtypesofruralfinancialinstitutionsdevelopment.Researchandanalysisofthedevelopmentproblemswiththerepresentativenessanduniversality,thispaperhopesthroughtheanalysisofthedevelopmentofnew-typeruralfinancialinstitutioninHebeiare...
