PAMF-30螺旋给料机PAMF-30ScrewFeeder使用说明书Instruction一、结构及工作原理：PAMF型螺旋给料机的结构见总图，由交流调速电动机、蜗轮减速机、给料槽、给料螺旋、底座组成。工作时，由调速电动机通过联轴器带动减速机运转，并通过装在蜗轮减速机输出轴上的联轴器使给料螺旋转动，从而把上部料筒中的物料均匀送到下个工序。1.Structure&OperatingPrinciple:RefertothegeneraldrawingforthestructureofPAMF-typescrewfeeder,whichiscomposedofACadjustable-speedmotor,worm-gearspeedreducer,feedingtrough,feedingscrewandfoundation.Whentheequipmentworks,thereducerrevolvesunderthedrivingforcegeneratedbytheadjustable-speedmotorthroughthecoupling,whichmakesthefeedingscrewrevolvebythecouplinginstalledontheoutputshaftoftheworm-gearspeedreducertomakethematerialintheuppercylinderuniformlydeliveredtothenextprocess.二、特点：是结构新颖，坚固耐用，不存在堵塞现象，添加物料均匀，内壁上也没有结块现象发生，投入运行后效果显著，效率高，运行可靠，特别适合于浓缩过程中的絮凝剂添加和锌粉置换过程中的锌粉给料使用。2.Characteristics:Ithasnovelstructure,firmanddurableframeanduniformfeedingpropertywithoutblockingphenomenonorpackingphenomenonontheinteriorwall,whichhasremarkableeffect,highefficiencyandreliableoperationafteritisputintooperation,especiallysuitableforfeedingzincposerwhenaddingflocculantandchangingzincpowderduringtheconcentrationprocess.三、螺旋给料机主要有以下优点：①采用调速电动机，给料量可以方便地随意调整；②螺旋给料均匀连续，解决了传统机械物料加入量调整困难，加入量不均匀的问题，降低了残余物料的含量，既降低了成本，又改善了工艺效果；③物料暴露在空气中的面积小，减少了物料在使用过程中的氧化，改善了使用效果。3.Thescrewfeedermainlyhasthefollowingadvantages:①Withtheadjustable-speedmotor,thefeedingquantitycanbeadjustedconvenientlyatanytime;②thescrewfeedingisuniformlycontinuous,whichsolvesthequantityadjustmentdifficultywhenaddingmechanicalmaterialstraditionallyandtheproblemofnonuniformfeedingquantity,reducesthecontentoftheremainedmaterials,savesthecost,andimprovesthetechnicaleffect;and③theareaoftheexposedmaterialsissmall,whichreducesoxidationofmaterialsduringusingandimprovestheusingeffect.四、润滑：蜗轮减速机采用飞溅方法润滑，使用时，该减速机内的油量应在油尺刻度线中间位置（蜗杆吃油深1/4—1/2）。一般情况下，3-4个月换一次机油，但可根据实际情况提前或延后。润滑油夏季采用50#机油，冬季采用20-30#机油。4.Lubrication:Theworm-gearspeedreduceradoptssplashingmethodforlubrication.Whenitisused,theoilmasswithinthereducershallbeinthemiddleplaceofthedipstickscale(wormoildepth:1/4—1/2).Ingeneral,theengineoilshallbechangedevery3-4months,withpermissiontomoveforwardorputoffasthecasemaybe.Insummer,50#engineoilisusedforlubricationandinwinter20-30#engineoilisused.五、安装试运行和使用：5.Installation,TrailRun&Use1、该机安装安装时尽量做到水平和垂直。5.1Keepithorizontalandverticalwheninstallingthisequipmentasfaraspossible.2、该机在安装试运行前，应用手盘动联轴器，检查各部运转是否灵活。5.2Beforethisequipmentisinstalledandconductedtrailrun,checkwhethereachpartrevolvesflexiblybymovingthecouplingmanually.3、空运转试车2小时，检查以下情况：⑴检查螺旋运转方向，以确定电机接线是否正确。⑵检查有无周期性噪音、震动，检查有无漏油现象。5.3Conductidletestrunfor2hoursandcheckthefollowing:5.3.1Checkthemovingdirectionofthescrewtodeterminewhetherthewireofthemotorisconnectedright.5.3.2Checkwhetherthereiscyclicalnoiseandshakeandwhetherithasoilleakage.4、空负荷试车完毕后，...
