2012级化教专业《有机化学实验》设计性实验以苯胺为起始原料合成对溴苯胺摘要:对溴苯胺(BrC6H4NH2)是非常重要的有机化工原料,其合成过程要经历硝化、还原、保护、溴代、去保护等多个步骤
本实验由硝基苯合成对溴苯胺,形成了中间体苯胺、乙酰苯胺、对溴乙酰苯胺,过程包括硝基的还原、氨基的保护与去保护、芳烃卤化,采用了水蒸气蒸馏、简单蒸馏、重结晶、减压过滤、分馏、测定熔点等方法
通过控制温度、酸碱度、反应时间等合成目标产物,获得较高的生产率
