常州车电职业技术学院毕业设计(论文)作 者: 郝荣荣 学 号: 10761311 系 部: 机械工程系 专 业: 数控设备的应用与维护 题 目: 数控车床进给轴控制设计 指导者:杨红霞评阅者: 2010 年 03 月 数控车床的进给系统与普通车床有质的区别,传统普通车床有进给箱和交换齿轮架,而数控车床是直接用伺服电车通过滚珠丝杠驱动溜板和刀架实现进给运动,因而进给系统的结构大为简化。本文针对配置 FANUC 0I MATE 系列数控系统的数控车床,介绍了其进给系统的技术需求、工作原理、控制原理、系统设计、进给轴调试、伺服报警处理及实例 。改进了进给系统的控制设计,使其进给传动系统有高的传动精度、高的灵敏度(响应速度快)、工作稳定、有高的构件刚度及使用寿命、小的摩擦及运动惯量,并能清除传动间隙。使加工过程能保持最佳工作状态,从而得到较高的加工精度和较小的表面粗糙度,同时也能提高刀具的使用寿命和设备的生产效率。这对我国国产车床的生产和发展前景具有重要的意义。 关键词:数控车床 进给系统 进给轴调试CNC lathe feeding system and a qualitative difference between ordinary lathe, conventional lathe with feed boxes and switching gear rack, and CNC lathes are used for servo drive train by the ball sliding board and knife to achieve feed motion, thus feeding structure of the system greatly simplified.In this paper, configuration FANUC 0I MATE CNC CNC lathe, introduced its technology needs of the feed system, working principle, control theory, system design, the feed axis debugging, servo alarm and Instance. Improved feed control system design, its feed transmission drive system has a high accuracy, high sensitivity (fast response), stable, has a high flexural rigidity and service life, small friction and movement of inertia, and to clear the transmission gap.Making process to maintain the best working conditions, which are high precision and low surface roughness, but also can improve tool life and equipment productivity.
