香皂盒塑料注塑模设计[摘 要] 注塑模在机械、电子、航天航空、生物领域及日用品的生产中得到广泛的应用。本次设计的是塑料香皂盒注塑模具，设计内容主要包括模具总体结构和零部件设计，以及模具各部分的计算和校核，借助于软件 PRO/ENGINEER 对模具结构进行了合理性的分析，缩短了设计周期，以期设计出所要求的模具。在此次模具设计过程中，模具设计路线如下：模具结构设计→模具型腔、型芯三维设计→模具型腔、型芯二维出图。 根据实物测绘，本设计应用 Pro/ENGINEER 软件，创建了零件的 3D 模型和二维工程图，绘制了分模曲面、型腔等零件，并评估了零件的合理性。选择注塑机时，应用 Pro/ENGINEER 软件,避免了大量烦琐的计算。当各零件以实体绘出时，使用组装模块将各零件仿真组装起来，生成模具产品图。[关键词] 香皂盒 注塑模具 PRO/E CAD Soap box plastic injection mold design[Abstract] Injection mould is widely used in the field of machine, electronics, aviation, biology and commodity.
