轴承端盖冲裁模具研制摘 要:本文主要介绍加工端盖制件落料、拉深、冲孔的复合模——是在压力机的一次行程中,在模具的同一工作位置上完成这三道工序的冲模。因此合理地布置凸、凹模,设计复合模的结构,分析复合模的工作原理及进行工艺设计是要解决的重要问题。其内容包括总的压力计算,压力中心的确定,凸、凹模工作部分尺寸计算,绘制装配图和零件图,编写工艺过程卡等。关键词:工作原理 结构设计 计算 绘图 复合模Blanking die of Bearing End Cover PartResearch and ManufactureAbstract : This passage mainly introduce the compound die which is applied for producing End Cover Part, blanking, drawing and punching. In one press stork, the three producing courses are complished in the same position of the die, which shapes the compound die. Therefore, properly disposeing punch and die, designing the stracture of the die, always analysesing the operation principle and craft design of the die are becoming the most significant point. It aims at the total pressure calculateion, confirmation of pressure center, measurement calualation of the punch and die, drawing assembly graph, redacting craft prollessing cards and so on, of course, which is also the main content we are going to talk about.
