经济危机下保险业社会责任研究the Corporate social responsibility of the insurance in the economic crisis（本文系山东省教育厅课题的阶段性研究成果）张宁(Zhang ning) 王笃田(Wang dutian) 摘要：随着经济的发展，企业社会责任问题日益受到重视。在当前经济危机下，保险业利用自身的优势承担社会责任可以减轻经济危机对企业和个人造成的损失。在当前经济危机下，我国保险企业要着重从内部经营、保护员工利益、创新产品和服务、完善社会保障体系、关注民生等几个方面着力提高履行社会责任的能力与水平，为金融环境的改善及经济的平稳运行做出贡献。Abstract: With the economical development ， the Corporate social responsibility caused more and more attention 。 In the economic crisis ， the insurance can reduce the loss of Businesses and individuals by the Corporate social responsibility。The insurance should fulfill their social responsibilities in the internal operating ， the protection of employee benefits，innovativing products and services ，improving the social security system，concerned about people's livelihood，the insurance should contribute to the financial environment and the economy。关键词： 经济危机 企业社会责任 商业保险Key words: Economic crisis Corporate social responsibility Commercial insurance企业社会责任最初是在西方国家兴起的，随着世界各国和国际组织对企业社会责任研究的逐步深入，企业社会责任问题日益重要。企业强调社会责任，从本质上讲，就是企业在经济全球化背景下对其自身经济行为的道德约束，它既应当成为企业的宗旨和经营理念同时也当成为企业约束内部经济行为的管理和评估标准。一、企业社会责任的定义企业社会责任（Corporate social responsibility,简称 CSR）的正式定义虽经国内、外专家和学者多次讨论，却仍莫衷一是。目前国际上普遍认同 CRS 理念：指企业在创造利润、对股东承担法律责任的同时，还要承担对员工、消费者、环境和社会的责任。从上述定义中可以看出，企业的社会责任包括两个方面：一是在企业内，为投资者创造利润，为员工创造安全生产条件，提高工资和福利待遇，依法保护其合法权益，构造各利益主体之间的和谐氛围...
