(完 整 word 版 )乳 腺 癌 新 辅 助 化 疗 【摘 要】 乳 腺 癌 新 辅 助 化 疗 是 在 乳 腺 癌 术 前 进 行 化 学 药 物 治 疗 ， 能 够 缩 小 肿 瘤 范 围 、提 升 手 术 保 乳 率 、延 长 患 者 生 存时 间 、提 高 患 者 生 活 质 量 ， 近 些 来 得 到 广 泛 研 究 。 乳 腺 癌 新 辅 助 化 疗 常 用 方 案 有 ： 蒽 环 类 联 合 紫 杉 类 ,环 磷 酰胺 联 合 化 疗 （ CMF、CAF、CEF、AC）， 曲 妥 珠 单 抗 单 用 或 联 用 蒽 环 、紫 杉 类 ,重 组 人 血 管 内 皮 抑 素 联 合 紫 杉醇 、表 阿 霉 素 。 不 同 方 案 的 作 用 机 制 、不 良 反 应 及 注 意 事 项 都 不 同 ， 对 于 不 同 的 乳 腺 癌 患 者 ， 应 根 据 自 身 基本 情 况 ， 选 择 其 适 合 的 新 辅 助 化 疗 方 案 及 疗 程 。 如 对 于 HER—2 阳 性 的 患 者 ， 在 传 统 方 案 的 基 础 上 同 时 联 用曲 妥 珠 单 抗 会 取 得 更 为 显 著 的 疗 效 .乳 腺 癌 患 者 新 辅 助 化 疗 的 药 物 方 案 有 对 传 统 化 疗 方 案 的 借 鉴 ，也 有 自 身 的创 新 。 【 关 键 词 】 乳 腺 癌 新 辅 助 化 疗 蒽 环 类 紫 杉 类 环 磷 酰 胺 曲 妥 珠 单 抗 重 组 人 血 管 内 皮 抑 素 【 Abstract】 Neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the chemical drug treatment that is used before breast-conserving surgery， which can reduce the scope of the tumor, improve the success rate of the operation， prolong the survival time of the patients， enhance the quality of life has been extensively studied.
