华南师范大学政治与行政学院政治学与行政学专业培养方案Training Plan for Politics and Science of Administration Major of the School of Politics and Administration，SCNU 一、培养目标（Training Objectives）总体目标：本专业培养具备马克思主义理论素养和政治学、行政学方面的基本理论和专门知识， 具有一定政治学研究能力和行政管理能力，能胜任在党政机关、新闻出版机构、企事业单位和社会团体的教学、科研、行政管理等方面工作的复合型人才。目标 1：培养具有扎实的专业理论知识，能胜任各级各类党政机关、社会团体与企事业单位行政管理工作的高素质专业人才；目标 2：培养具有探索精神，且学术素养深厚，能从事政治学、行政学或社会学研究的专业人才，同时为研究生教育培养创新型人才资源；目标 3：培养具有较高的政治敏锐力，以及有深度的政治学与行政学分析能力，能胜任新闻媒体时政评论的专业人才。Overall Objective：The major aims at cultivating inter-disciplinary talents armed with Marxism theory, basic theory of politics and science of administration, administrative capability and academic ability to conduct research in politics. These students will be qualified to work as teachers, researchers and administrators in state administrative departments, news and publication institutions, and public institutions.
