These figures are rich in content security, with these figures safety profound understanding of its meaning, essence, to keep safe and practical application is to be working in the prevention and control of incidents effective way.Key words: Security, Control and Prevention, Accident, Digital面对近几年我国在安全工作中出现的“3 高”即高事故率（＞106/n）、高死亡率（＞105/n）和高经济损失率（GDP＞3% ），国家实行了建立各级安全组织管理体系、逐步建立健全安全生产法律法规体系等一系列措施。然而，笔者认为要使全民都懂安全，要安全，管安全，就必须掌握怎样做才能达到安全，为此，通过多年的安全工程教学、讨论和实践，总结归纳出安全数字化，深刻认识理解下列与安全有关的数字并应用于生产实践，对预防和控制安全事故定能起到积极的保障和促进作用。1单数安全1.1 安全第一，预防为主[1]安全第一是全国一切经济部门和生产企业都要把安全生产作为头等大事，在一切社会实践中人们都必须牢固树立安全第一的思想，始终把安全放在一切工作的首位。1.2 一体化管理[2]即HSE管理，将健康（Health ）、安全(Safety) 、环境(Environment)三项技术高层次地组合成一体化综合管理。...
