Therefore, on the strengthening of the construction materials, construction techniques, such as quality control to effectively control the occurrence of common and related measures for a comprehensive deal to explore.【Key words】Bored pile; Construction technology; Quality control; Common problems prevention; Treatment measures1. 概述钻孔灌注桩具有无噪音、无震动、无积压等优点。适用于地下水位以下的黏性土、粉土、砂土、填土、碎（砾）石土及风化岩层。但其施工过程部位无法直接观察，属地下隐蔽工程，成桩后也不能进行开挖验收，在施工中极易发生质量通病，若防止不妥，将直接影响到整个工程的质量和进度，甚至给投资者造成巨大的经济损失和不良的社会影响。 2. 成桩工序钻孔灌注桩成孔、成桩工序是：定桩位→护筒埋设→钻机就位→钻孔→终孔→第一次清孔→下放钢筋笼→接入导管→第二次清孔→灌注混凝土。在工程开工时宜做试桩，提供设计参数。 3. 质量控制3.1 施工前的审查施工前对施工单位各项审查，是有效的控制手段。一般要进行资质审查、施工组织设计审查、组织设计交底及图纸会审、审查是否根据地质资料可能在钻孔灌注桩施工中发生的问题加以分析，并制定出相应的质量保证及处理措施、还要审查成桩机械...
