国际货运代理空运业务流程优化研究——以深圳市大运国际货运公司为例【摘要】近几年国内外贸企业出口需求持续扩张，国际货运代理行业的竞争加剧，货运代理活动愈发繁忙，整个货运代理业对业务流程控制所能带来的高效便捷的急切需求，通过业务流程优化以提高货代的运作效率，增加利润率变得非常重要，本文首先对价值链相关理论和业务流程相关理论以及国际货运代理行业价值和业务流程现状进行分析，以深圳市大运国际货运公司为例分析空运业务流程存在的问题，在价值链分析的基础上提出可增值方案，消除不必要操作。针对深圳市大运国际货运公司从信息系统、组建人才、提供差异化报关服务三方面提出优化方案，期许通过对国际货运代理企业空运业务流程的深入研究，为国际货运代理公司发展能有一定的参考意义。【关键词】价值链；国际货运代理；空运业务流程注：本论文（设计）题目来源于教师的国家级（或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业）科研项目，项目编号为： 。Research on business process optimization of international freight forwarders —— A case study of LWL/SZX[Abstract] In recent years, the export demand of domestic and foreign trade enterprises continues to expand, the competition of international freight forwarding industry intensifies, and the freight forwarding activities become more and more busy.
