本科论文摘 要当今社会,在经济高速发展的趋势下,各企业间的竞争已转化为人才的竞争。员工招聘作为企业内部人力资源配置的基础,一方面为企业提供坚实的人才支撑,促进企业的战略目标发展;另一方面对企业扩大规模、创新制度体系具有显著作用。企业的招聘工作效果取决于其招聘系统设计的合理性、实践的可行性、员工的专业性等诸多影响因素,一个高效且实用的招聘体系制度既能够控制成本,又可以满足企业各部门的用人需要。现如今,如何科学有效地开展招聘工作、甄选出适合企业发展需求的优秀人才并且保留人才成为了企业生存的关键。本文选取华厦外包服务(辽宁)有限公司(简称华厦外包)为例进行调查研究,以员工招聘理论分析为指导,通过大量阅读相关文献、借鉴国内外最新招聘研究成果,对华厦外包的招聘工作进行了梳理。经研究发现,华夏外包在员工招聘过程中存在着诸多问题,如招聘规划不合理、招聘制度不完善、缺乏对人岗匹配的重视等方面,并对此提出了相应的解决措施,用以优化员工招聘体系,致力于推动企业整体人力资源管理工作的顺利开展。关键词:员工招聘;科学规划;人岗匹配本科论文AbstractIn today's society, under the trend of rapid economic development, competition among various enterprises has been transformed into competition for talents.
