企业文化融入大学生职业生涯规划培训的探析【摘要】随着时代发展,面向国内外大学生职业生涯规划培训模式已经逐步发展并具有创新,但目前高校内开设的职业生涯规划课程普遍是“重理论而轻实践”。企业文化是企业发展的灵魂,高校毕业生是企业发展的重要人才资源,将企业文化融入大学生职业生涯规划培训有利于帮助高校学生提升职场能力,丰富高校课程内容,为企业培养高素质人才。本文从企业文化融入职业生涯规划的视角出发,通过问卷调查统计结果分析企业文化五大要素(企业环境、企业价值观、英雄人物、礼仪与仪式、文化网络)融入培训对大学生职业生涯规划能力的重要作用,提出培训中应注重加强基础理论的融入、关注企业的价值观匹配、搭建企业环境体验和重视文化网络调研。【关键词】职业生涯规划;大学生;企业文化;培训Analysis on the Integration of Corporate Culture into College Students' Career Planning Training[Abstract] With the development of the times, the career planning training model for college students at home and abroad has been gradually developed and innovative, but currently the career planning courses offered in colleges and universities are generally "theories are more important than practice." Corporate culture is the soul of corporate development, and college graduates are an vital talent resource for corporate development. Incorporating corporate culture into college students ’career planning and training is helpful to help college students improve their workplace capabilities, enrich college curriculum content, and cultivate high-quality talents for enterprises.
