下载后可任意编辑浅析我国科创板强制退市制度设计的突破与缺陷浅析我国科创板强制退市制度设计的突破与缺陷 马俊 Analysis of the Breakthroughs and Defects in the Design of Compulsory Delisting System for Scientific Innovation Board in China MA Jun （Guangzhou City Construction College， Guangzhou xxxx， China） 【摘 要】科创板构建了重大违法违规强制退市、交易类强制退市、财务类强制退市、法律规范类强制退市四大体系。相较于我国证券市场的主板、创业板及中小板的退市制度有了很大的创新和突破，但从实际需要出发，相较于国外成熟市场而言，还存在着诸多的设计缺陷。基于此，论文对我国科创板强制退市制度设计的突破与缺陷进行了讨论。 【 Abstract 】 Scientific innovation board has constructed four systems of compulsory delisting for major violations of laws and regulations ， compulsory delisting for transactions ， compulsory delisting for finance and compulsory delisting for standards. Compared with the main board， gem board and small and medium-sized board of China"s securities market ， the delisting system has made great innovations and breakthroughs. However ， from the practical needs， compared with the mature market in foreign countries， there are still many design defects.
