下载后可任意编辑矿用矩形全断面掘进机的研制矿用矩形全断面掘进机的研制 李刚 摘要:根据掘进过程中存在掘进与锚护不能同时作业、巷道成形质量不高 、无法杜绝零空顶作业、劳动强度高、效率极低,安全风险大等问题。开发出一套全断面成巷掘进机,实现掘进、支护、锚护以及连续运输同时作业,简化工序,减轻劳动强度,实现掘进工作面迎头全封闭支护的高效快速掘进,达到零空顶,实现掘进面快速一次成巷的目的。 关键词:掘进工作面;矩形全断面;连续运输;远程遥控控制 Abstract: According to the problems existing in the process of driving , such as driving and bolting can not be operated at the same time , the quality of tunnel forming is not high, zero empty roof operation can not be eliminated , labor intensity is high , efficiency is extremely low , and safety risk is large. A set of full face roadheader is developed to realize the simultaneous operation of driving , supporting , anchoring and continuous transportation , simplify the working procedure, reduce the labor intensity, realize the efficient and rapid driving of the head-on full closed support of the driving face, achieve the goal of zero empty roof, and realize the rapid one-time tunneling of the driving face.
